What to Expect When You Visit Our Clothing Room
We will ask for your identification when you come in and record your name, address, phone number and the ages of your children. This is required for statistical and funding purposes. We will not ask for income information.
Your spouse and children under 18 do not need to be with you when you come in, but they cannot come in at a different time to do their own shopping. All the shopping for the members of one household must be done at the same time.
Children who are living with you and who are over 18 are treated as a separate household.
You can shop once every 90 days and 8 times in all.
When you arrive, we will give you a list of what you may take. Some items are limited so that we can help as many people as possible.
